Each dress is made by hand in small numbers. Dispatch times are stated on the product page; delivery times depend on the destination and are indicated at checkout.

6. Warranty & liability
Statutory warranty rights apply. Silk is a natural fibre; slight variations in colour and weave are characteristics of the material, not defects.
